Refund policy

Contact us if you’ve got any questions about a purchase. All purchases are available for immediate download and if you’ve got an issue, or the plans simply won't work for your project, we can get you a refund at any time.

To start a return or inquire about a problem, you can contact us at info@elevatedspaces.ca. If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate the refund immediately.
