As an outhouse, these plans can be used for a conventional pit toilet outhouse, or used with a composting toilet, or a traditional plumbed toilet with a water supply.
The building can alternatively serve as a shed, outdoor office, children's playhouse, or any other type of storage or utility. Add a window for extra ambiance. The overhang can house a sink or it can be used as a work or potting bench.
--This building can be a DIY build (we did it over several weekends) or the plans can be handed off to a professional builder.
--The footprint is 100 square feet (10 by 10 feet.)
--Included in this package are detailed digital 3D plans, contractor ready blueprints, a complete materials list, and over 100 photos and videos of the building process, along with notes on the exact brands of fixtures, stain, etc, and how best to put it all together — all the information needed to build your own sleek accessory structure.
--The digital 3D model is modifiable and has every layer and detail of the build and dimensions can be scaled and measurements can conveniently switch to metric. Even if you don’t intend to build things as exactly shown, this is a great starting point to dissect a detailed build and adapt it to your needs. (Sketchup is a free design program that allows you to construct in 3D, navigate around and explore within the build, modify the design, and peel back layers.)
