Pavilion Plans

Printable PDF plans for a modern and stylish covered pavilion. Build it with the wooden deck, or construct it with only the posts and roof. 

This space was designed to be as simple to construct as possible. We completed it over a long weekend, cutting and marking all pieces over a couple days, then assembling them all in one day. Posts are spaced exactly for hammock hooks and don’t require level ground.  

SIZE: 290 sq ft. Footprint of the trapezoidal floor is 22.5 feet across the front, 16 feet across the back, and is 15 feet deep. 

COST: $3500 USD. Material choices and local pricing will vary the total build cost.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Instantly available digital download includes printable PDF builder-ready blueprints, a materials list, a step-by-step illustrated build guide, a digital album of 90 photos of the build process, and a bonus 3D Sketchup model of the build.

–Sketchup is a program that allows you to construct in 3D, examine all the construction details, modify the design, hide layers, take measurements, and explore the build. If you intend to modify these plans it’s a fantastic tool to make those changes and to familiarize yourself with the construction process digitally before doing it for real. Sketchup is available as an always-free web app, so there is no added cost.
